Refund Policy

  1. The customer has the right to return or exchange received goods of proper quality for a similar item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met in full:
    The product has not been used, its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels are intact, and the receipt issued to the customer at the time of purchase is also provided.
  2. If an equivalent product is not available for sale at the time of exchange, the customer has the right to either purchase any other products from the available assortment with a corresponding price adjustment, terminate the contract and receive a refund for the returned product, or exchange the product for an equivalent one when the respective product becomes available for sale.
  3. If significant defects are discovered within the warranty period due to the fault of the manufacturer (Seller) or product falsification confirmed by an expert conclusion, the customer has the right to either terminate the contract and receive a refund of the amount paid for the product or demand a replacement with the same or an equivalent product from the Seller's available stock.
  4. The customer or the Seller has the right to terminate this contract at any time before the customer accepts the goods.
  5. The customer has the right to terminate this contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all the conditions specified in clauses 10.1.1. and 10.1.2. of this contract are met.
  6. If the product was sent to the customer by mail, in the event of contract termination, the product must also be returned by mail.
  7. The Seller is obligated to reimburse the customer's expenses related to the return of the product.
  8. In the case of contract termination and the return of a product already paid for by the customer through non-cash means, the Seller will refund the paid amount within 7 (seven) days from the date of product return.
  9. If the customer refuses to accept the product that was already paid for by non-cash means and decides to terminate the contract, the Seller will refund the paid amount within 7 (seven) days from the date of contract termination.
